Rescü Product Warranty

Our warranty covers any flaws in workmanship and/or materials. If any of the products in your Rescü order arrive with manufacturing flaws, follow the steps below to let us know. We want you and your dog to love the gear you purchased! However, we do not cover any item that is lost, outgrown, or simply heavily used. Do not discard flawed or broken products, we will need to see the product to determine if it is eligible for warranty.

We do understand that pups get a little overly excited sometimes, especially with products that look as tasty as Rescü's. So, if your pup chews through his or her collar, leash or harness, we will issue you a code to replace it at half price. Simply follow the steps below to initiate the warranty process.

Rescü Returns

We offer a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee for any product purchased through this website. Our priority is for you and your pup to love every Rescü item you own. If that isn't the case, please let us know why so that next time we can do better! Initiate a Return Request following the steps below, and send us back your order, with each product in new, unused condition, and in its original packaging. Please note shipping charges are not covered.

Rescü Exchanges

If you didn't hit the mark with the size and/or style of your Rescü product, we will swap it out for you within 30 days, no questions asked. You will need to initiate an exchange request (steps listed below), and then place a new order for the items you would like. Your new order will ship within 2 business days, and the moment we receive your returned item, with each product in new, unused condition, and in its original packaging, we will issue a full refund (less shipping charges).
